Follow-up of competitive events

To ensure that competition organizers can continuously improve the quality and experience of their events, a systematic experience follow-up is of great importance. By regularly collecting and analyzing data on participant and audience experiences, organizers can gain valuable insight into what is working well and what can be improved.

Such experience follow-up can advantageously include various aspects, such as:

– Logistics and accessibility – How was parking, entrances, signs and toilets experienced, for example?
– Program and Content – Were the competitions and entertainment engaging and appealing?
– Service quality – How was the meeting with officials, serving and other service experienced?
- Overall satisfaction - How satisfied were participants and audience with the event as a whole?

By collecting feedback, organizers can gain a better understanding of what creates positive experiences. This knowledge can then be used to optimize the arrangement and adapt it based on the target group's needs and wishes.

A systematic experience follow-up also provides the opportunity to follow trends over time and compare the results between different events. In this way, the organizers can learn lessons and spread good examples within the industry.

Investing in a structured follow-up of participant and audience experiences is an effective way to raise the quality of competitive events and create even more memorable experiences for everyone involved.

Responsr not only gives the competition organizer important feedback, but also gives special sports associations the opportunity to get the whole picture of the competition experience in the country. By implementing NPS as a method in the follow-up, both boards and associations get the key figures needed in systematic improvement work.
